Our Rates Roadshow has been held, with our Rates team available to listen, answer questions and help ratepayers better understand their rates.
If you’re not paying by instalments, the final date to pay your rates is 15 February 2026. We understand that for some ratepayers this may be a challenging time. If you are experiencing financial pressure, please know support is available and you are not alone.
We offer flexible payment plans tailored to individual circumstances, with smaller weekly or fortnightly payments. Plans can be extended over time if required, and no interest is charged while an approved arrangement is in place.

You are also welcome to visit our Service Centres for a confidential conversation about your rates and available support. No appointment is needed.
