This program is designed to help business owners gain new skills and knowledge to help their businesses grow and succeed by leading participants on a deep dive into the skill of positive customer experience.
The modules are self-paced and available online, via a secure link. They consist of bite-sized lessons in a video format.
Business owners and operators can work at their own pace and jump through to different areas depending on their need or area of interest.
