Your application/permit reference has changed as follows:

• 123/2023/P becomes 5.2023.123.1
• 20/2023/VIC becomes 5.2023.1020.1 (add 1000 to the application number for existing applications/permits before July 1 2023)
• New VicSmart applications will not have a “VIC” reference, and will be lodged in sequence with standard applications

Currently advertised applications status – as at 4 July 2023, this status requires manual update in our systems and the list will be updated as soon as practical. Our list of currently advertised applications is mostly accurate. If you have notice of an application that does not appear on that page, please contact our Planning Department.
