In accordance with Section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (the Act), the community is advised that Council proposes to sell part of the land at 42 Lousadas Road, Buchan.

This parcel of land is proposed to be sold to East Gippsland Water for town water infrastructure and for not less than market valuation, in accordance with the Sale of Council Land Policy.
