As part of our commitment to improving the services we provide to you, we have engaged CSBA to survey community members who have made a recent enquiry or service request with us.
The survey provides an opportunity for you to provide feedback that will help Council understand where we have done well, and where we can improve.
If you have made an enquiry with us in the last few months, you may be contacted by CSBA, either by phone or by email, from now until Friday 22 November. Responses are entirely anonymous, and results will only report back to Council in aggregate form.
We have provided your contact details to CSBA solely for the purposes of conducting this survey. Council and CSBA comply with strict privacy principles and all relevant privacy laws.
