In response to the recent storm event and high winds, and to assist with the clean-up, residents can obtain a voucher to dispose of 1.5 cubic metres of green waste for free.

One voucher per property is available.

If residents have already disposed of their green waste from the storm event, they can still obtain a voucher to use in the future.

Residents can collect a voucher in person at any of our service centres or Corporate Centre, or you can phone 5153 9500 or email a request to feedback@egipps.vic.gov.au.

We can provide either a hard copy or electronic voucher to use at any of our transfer stations that accept green waste.

When requesting a voucher, our team will ask for your property details.
