As a business owner and community advocate based in Paynesville, I bring a wealth of experience to my role as Councillor. Through owning and operating H2O Tours and Adventures and Ashworth Maritime Services, and previously Ella Bache Bairnsdale, I understand firsthand the challenges and opportunities facing our local business community.  

My professional background as a financial counsellor, particularly after the 2019/20 bushfires and during the COVID-19 pandemic, also as the President of the Paynesville Neighbourhood House, has deepened my commitment to supporting and advocating for vulnerable community members.

As president of the Paynesville Business and Tourism Association, I actively champion local economic development and business innovation.  

With qualifications in Business, Management, Finance, and Local Government Leadership, I am dedicated to fostering vibrant, connected communities supported by accessible infrastructure.

I believe in proactive community engagement and making decisions that are both evidence-based and ethical. My focus is on delivering transparent governance and strong financial management that serves our community's needs and ensures that our region thrives.
