Council officers have developed the draft Leasing and Licensing Policy for Council-owned and Council-managed Land.

The draft Leasing and Licensing Policy sets out how Council will apply the principles of leasing and licensing including:

• Maximising community benefit;

• Continue to ensure that all agreements are developed and approved through an accountable and transparent allocation process; and

• Ensure that all agreements are subject to appropriate terms and conditions.
