In accordance with Section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (the Act), East Gippsland Shire Council (Council) gives public notice of its intention to sell part of the land known as 114 Capes Road Lakes Entrance.

The title/description of the land is as follows:

• Part of 114 Capes Road Lakes Entrance Reserve1 on Plan of Subdivision PS083250 Contained in Certificate of Title Volume 07989 Folio 134

Council intends to sell the land by private treaty to the adjoining landowner for not less than market valuation.
