In accordance with Clause 3 of Schedule 10 of the Local Government Act 1989 and Section 12 of the Road Management Act 2004, Council proposes to close a portion of unused road on Lakeside Drive, Lake Tyers Beach. For a map of the proposal, see our website eastgippsland.vic.gov,au    

The title/description of the land is as follows:

• Part of Lakeside Drive, Lake Tyers Beach Road R1 on Lodged Plan LP99365 contained in Volume 08839 Folio 294

Under section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (the Act), the closed portion of the unused road will be sold by private treaty to the adjoining owner at a price not less than market valuation.
