94 Old Coach Road Tambo Crossing

In accordance with Clause 3 of Schedule 10 of the Local Government Act 1989 (the Act) and section 12 of the Road Management Act 2004, Council proposes to close a portion of unused road at the western boundary of 94 Old Coach Road Tambo Crossing and exchange the portion of unused road to the adjoining owner for an area of Old Coach Road that goes through the property.

Written submissions about this proposal will be considered in accordance with section 223 of the Act and must be received at Council’s Corporate Centre, 273 Main Street, Bairnsdale 3875, by 4.00 pm on Tuesday 21 April 2020.

If so, you or a person acting on your behalf, are entitled to appear at a meeting of the whole of Council, with a quorum being five Councillors, on Tuesday 5 May at 1.30 pm at the Corporate Centre, 273 Main Street, Bairnsdale.
