In accordance with Clause 3 of Schedule 10 of the Local Government Act 1989 and Section 12 of the Road Management Act 2004, Council proposes to close a portion of unused road at 565 Nungurner Road, Nungurner, and sell the portion of unused road to the adjoining owner at a price not less than valuation.

Written submissions about the proposed road closure and sale will be considered in accordance with Section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989 and must be received at the Corporate Centre, 273 Main Street, Bairnsdale 3875, by 4.00 pm on Wednesday 5 August 2020.

Anyone making a submission should indicate whether they wish to be heard in support of their written submission and may appear in person, or by a person acting on their behalf, at a virtual meeting of Council at 1.00 pm on Tuesday 18 August 2020 at the Corporate Centre.

All submissions will be available for public inspection.
