Lessee – Ashita Enterprises Pty Ltd as Trustee for the Ashita Family Trust

Location – 55 Palmers Road Lakes Entrance

Area – 1 m²

Term – 3+3 years

Description of use – Radio tower, radio receiver and associated equipment

Rent will be based on our Leasing and Licensing Policy for Council-owned Land and Council-managed Land.
