Council proposes to sell three parcels of land in Tambo Bluff Estate, Metung, under section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020.

Two parcels of land are proposed to be sold on the open market for not less than market valuation, in line with our Sale of Council Land Policy.

The allotments are:

• 6 Kookaburra Avenue Metung – PC279912C

• 13 Curlew Grove Metung – PC379907U

One parcel of land is to be sold by private treaty to the adjoining landholder in accordance with the Tambo Bluff Restructure Plan 2018:

3 Gannet Grove Metung – Lot 464 on LP51818
