By mutual agreement, East Gippsland Shire Council has today taken over the day-to-day operation of the Raymond Island Ferry.

There will be no change to the service itself, with all timetables and procedures remaining the same.

East Gippsland Shire Council would like to acknowledge the services of Ian Lewis and Raymond Island Ferry Inc, who has successfully operated the ferry for many years, providing a reliable service for Raymond Islanders.
