In accordance with Rule 3.3 Council’s Governance Rules, Anthony Basford (Chief Executive Officer), following consultation with the Mayor, has called an unscheduled Council meeting to consider items relating to Council business.

An Unscheduled Meeting of Council will be held on Thursday 26 May at 6.00 pm in the Council Chamber, Corporate Centre, 273 Main Street, Bairnsdale, and by electronic means.

The agenda item for consideration is a property matter, which will be considered in Closed meeting.

Pursuant to sections 3(1) and 66(5) of the Local Government Act 2020, the information contained in the report is confidential because it contains Council business information being information that would prejudice the Council’s position in commercial negotiations.
